The Athlete Program
The all inclusive program that allows for athletes to be their best. We have an individual approach beginning with an in depth assessment to understand you better as an athlete. A training schedule built to work for you and most importantly, a program built to achieve results. We utilise all our resources here in St Marys to maximise your training. Our small group training sessions that are geared towards speed, power, strength and condition, or individually programmed and prescribed training to work on the things that apply most to you.
